How does it work?
When a visitor writes a message, ChatNorris:- Searches for the most relevant information in your knowledge base.
- Generates a coherent, accurate reply using the AI model you choose for the agent (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and other providers).
- Saves the conversation and, if the visitor shares their details, records the lead automatically.
ChatNorris answers only with the information you provide. If a question falls outside your knowledge base, the bot says so — it doesn’t make up answers.
